Hi Helga! That is so strange, I found this lamb shoulder at whole foods! Do you have a whole foods near you in that area? Also butchers should carry it as well.

Personally think the shoulder is the most flavourful cut. But in my many years of living in various parts of the States, I have never seen the shoulder cut anywhere, much less deboned. Any ideas where I might find it? Currently living just north of Atlanta.
